• At the first meeting of the fourth session, on 25 October 2004, the Working Group, in accordance with its mandate, adopted the following agenda:

• Global Programme of Action for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land-based Activities: At the first Intergovernmental Review Meeting on the Implementation of the Global Programme of Action, held in November 2001, Governments agreed to move the Programme from the planning to the action phase, paying particular attention to financial and governance issues.
  برنامج العمل العالمي لحماية البيئة البحرية من الأنشطة البرية: في الإجتماع الإستعراضي الحكومي الدولي لتنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي، المنعقد في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2001، وافقت الحكومات على إنتقال البرنامج من مرحلة التخطيط إلى مرحلة العمل، مع إيلاء عناية خاصة لقضايا التمويل والإدارة.

  وتسهيلا للوفود المهتمة، وضعنا نسخا بجانب قاعة الجمعية العامة لمنشور معنون ”الأفغان في المقام الأول: الجهود الهندية في أفغانستان“، يتضمن وصفا تفصيليا لبرنامج المساعدة الهندي في أفغانستان.
• Si des renseignements confidentiels figurent dans ces rapports, la Directrice exécutive les remplace par la mention « Confidential information removed in accordance with the oversight policy of UNFPA approved by the Executive Board at its first regular session in 2008 » (des renseignements confidentiels ont été retirés du présent document en application de la politique de contrôle du FNUAP approuvée par le Conseil d'administration à sa première session ordinaire de 2008).
  وفي حالة تضمين التقرير معلومات سرية، تقوم المديرة التنفيذية بحذفها والاستعاضة عنها بعبارة ”حذفت المعلومات السرية عملا بسياسة الرقابة لصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان التي أقرها المجلس التنفيذي في دورته العادية الأولى في عام 2008“.
• The status report prepared by the Secretariat for the consideration of the Implementation Committee at its first meeting in the middle of the year covers only those reports which were submitted to the Secretariat before the closing date of the report, which is about three months before the deadline for reporting ozone-depleting substanceODS data specified by the Protocol, and two-three2- weeks before the date specified in decision XV/15.
